Route Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Arusha
Your guide will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transport you to Lodge/Hotel where you may unwind and take in the breathtaking views of Mount Meru as you get ready for your adventure.
- Meals: Breakfast and supper
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
We left for Tarangire National Park after breakfast, which is renowned for its vast herds of elephants, towering baobab trees, and tree climbing pythons. Despite its tiny size, Tarangire National Park is still home to a sizable population of animals, second only to Ngorongoro in terms of wildlife density.
- Meals: Supper, lunch, and breakfast
Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater
You will be driven into the Ngorongoro Crater for your early-morning game drive after breakfast. The crater, a sizable intact, undamaged volcanic caldera, is the primary feature of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA). From two to three million years ago, a massive volcano erupted and then collapsed on itself, creating the crater. Its depth is 610 m (2,000 ft), and its floor area is 260 km2 (100 square meters). The initial volcano is thought to have stood between fifteen and nineteen thousand feet (4,500 and 5,800 meters) tall. The big 5 creatures in the crater are well-known (Lion, Elephants, Rhino, Leopard, and Buffalo). Zebras, gazelles, wildebeest, impalas, hippos, and several bird species are among the other creatures you’ll witness.
- Meals: Supper, lunch, and breakfast
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
We leave for the Serengeti with a packed lunch after an early breakfast. The oldest and most well-known national park, Serengeti is noted for its yearly migration of wildebeests. In pursuit of new pasture, zebra and Thomson gazelles join the expedition. Buffalo, giraffes, elands, topis, kongonis, impalas, grant gazelles, lions, cheetahs, leopards, and jackals are some of the numerous animals that may be found in the Serengeti.
- Meals: Supper, lunch, and breakfast
Day 5: Serengeti Full Day
Continue your full-day migration viewing in Serengeti National Park after breakfast, and bring a lunch. Due to the abundance of predators and prey in the Serengeti National Park as well as the annual wildebeest migration, it is usually recognized as the best wildlife reserve in Africa.
- Meals: Supper, lunch, and breakfast
Day 6: Lake Natron
After breakfast, depart for Lake Natron with a packed lunch. Through Waso Village and Loliondo, then descend to the lake’s shores. Take strolls over Lake Natron’s mud flats while observing the lesser East African flamingo. Make your way to the waterfalls with a local guide so you can unwind and go swimming before going back to Campsite/Lodge/Hotel.
- Meals: Supper, lunch, and breakfast
Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park
We left Lake Natron for Lake Manyara National Park after breakfast. The lake’s alkaline waters are about 89 square miles in size, while the park encompasses 127 square miles (329 km2) (231 km2). Although baboons are the lake’s most famous residents, hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeest, buffalo, warthogs, and giraffes all call the lake and its surroundings home. The park’s renowned tree-climbing lions may also be viewed.
- Meals: Supper, lunch, and breakfast
Day 8: Lake Manyara – Kilimanjaro International Airport
Following breakfast, you will check out of the camp and be driven to Kilimanjaro International Airport in preparation for your return journey.
